ORDER PROCESSING
The production of each order takes between 10 and 15 business days from the date of purchase. Once production is complete, we will contact you when the shipment has been made.
Please note that delivery delays are beyond the control of COTE 17.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
When ordering from a different country, customs and import duties may affect your order, depending on your local government’s policies.
We cannot guarantee that your country will not impose customs charges. COTE 17 is not responsible for any customs charges incurred when receiving the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us so that we can provide a status update on your order. As our shipping is insured, in the event of theft or loss, we will promptly address the issue.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted. You will receive store credit, excluding the cost of shipping, which is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Your return will be processed within 7 days of being received.
Returns are only applicable to full-priced items. You have one week to return an order after receiving it. Products must be in perfect condition; otherwise, we cannot accept your return. In such cases, products can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We do our best to ensure that your item arrives safely and in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please send an email to cote17shop@gmail.com with clear images as evidence.
We will provide you with an address to return the item, and COTE 17 will cover the full shipping costs. Once the item is received, please allow 3 days for our team to review it and confirm the exchange.
Once the item has been fully approved, we will contact you to schedule the shipment of the new item.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
COTE 17 tries to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on our site. Please always refer to the size charts before making a purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions or other content on this site are 100% accurate. Since we use natural materials, such as pearls, which have their own unique shapes and color variations, there may be slight differences between the photos and your item.
